Organic KAMUT® Khorasan Bulgur is a 100% whole grain product with a high nutritional value. It is a quick-cooking form of whole Kamut® grain that has been cleaned, parboiled, dried, ground into particles, and sifted into distinct sizes that are available in #1 Fine grind, #3 Coarse grind, and Whole Kernel. Kamut® bulgur has a natural, sweet, buttery flavor and a golden color.
