Bulgur Porridge-Test
- 2 cups bulgur (#1 Fine or #2 Medium)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-3/4 quarts boiling water
- Add bulgur and salt to boiling water. Stir and cover pan. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
