Oatmeal with Freekeh Bulgur
- 1/8 cup Organic #1 Fine Freekeh Bulgur
- 1/8 cup Quick Cooking Steel-Cut Oats
- 3/4 cups Water
- Mix well.
- Microwave for 3 minutes, 15 seconds.
- Let sit for 1 more minute.
- Add ground flaxseeds, protein powder, chopped walnuts or blueberries.
