Oatmeal with Freekeh Bulgur

  • 1/8 cup Organic #1 Fine Freekeh Bulgur
  • 1/8 cup Quick Cooking Steel-Cut Oats
  • 3/4 cups Water
  1. Mix well.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes, 15 seconds.
  3. Let sit for 1 more minute.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add ground flaxseeds, protein powder, chopped walnuts or blueberries.
