Easy Bulgur and Japanese Rice in Rice Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup #2 medium bulgur
  • 1/2 cup medium grain rice (Japanese)
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix well; cook in rice cooker. Allow to sit for 5 minutes in rice cooker after it shuts off.
