Easy Bulgur and Japanese Rice in Rice Cooker

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup #2 medium bulgur
- 1/2 cup medium grain rice (Japanese)
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Dash of salt
- Dash of garlic
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Mix well; cook in rice cooker. Allow to sit for 5 minutes in rice cooker after it shuts off.
