Dr. Oz: Apple Pie Bulgur

  • 1/2 cup #3 coarse bulgur
  • 3/4 cup apple
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. walnuts
  1. Soak bulgur: Pour the boiling water over bulgur; let sit (approx. 20-25 mins.) until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except yogurt and walnuts) in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Top with yogurt and walnuts.
