Dr. Oz: Apple Pie Bulgur

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup #3 coarse bulgur
- 3/4 cup apple
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. walnuts
Instructions
- Soak bulgur: Pour the boiling water over bulgur; let sit (approx. 20-25 mins.) until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
- Mix all ingredients (except yogurt and walnuts) in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Top with yogurt and walnuts.
