Country Style Taboule Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup #3 coarse bulgur
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 2 large ripe tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Combine water and bulgur in a bowl and let stand for one hour. When most of the water is absorbed, combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well and chill in refrigerator for one hour.
