40 different diet plans have been ranked by the country’s top experts. Categories range from best diet for weight loss to best diet for heart disease and diabetes. There is no one-size-fits–all diet but fruits, veggies and whole grains like bulgur wheat top the list. Eating whole grains provides excellent health benefits but not all whole grains are high in fiber, though.
