Bulgur Porridge

  • 2 cups bulgur (#1 Fine or #2 Medium)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3/4 quarts boiling water
  1. Add bulgur and salt to boiling water. Stir and cover pan. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
