Bulgur Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bulgur #1 Fine or #2 Medium
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3/4 quarts boiling water

Instructions

  • Add bulgur and salt to boiling water. Stir and cover pan. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
