Bulgur Chili Recipe (for a large group)

  • 40 cups pinto beans (cooked)
  • 40 cups kidney beans (cooked)
  • 50 cups tomatoes (crushed)
  • 20 cups tomato paste
  • 20 cups bulgur
  • 10 cups water
  • 10 whole onions (diced)
  • 20 whole green peppers (diced)
  • 20 whole carrots (diced)
  • 2 cups chili powder
  • 1-1/3 cups cumin
  • 1-1/3 cups paprika
  • 2/3 cups cayenne
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. Hing
  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice and whole grain bread.
