Bulgur Chili Recipe (for a large group)
- 40 cups pinto beans (cooked)
- 40 cups kidney beans (cooked)
- 50 cups tomatoes (crushed)
- 20 cups tomato paste
- 20 cups bulgur
- 10 cups water
- 10 whole onions (diced)
- 20 whole green peppers (diced)
- 20 whole carrots (diced)
- 2 cups chili powder
- 1-1/3 cups cumin
- 1-1/3 cups paprika
- 2/3 cups cayenne
- 1-1/2 tbsp. Hing
- Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice and whole grain bread.
