Bulgur Chef Salad

  • 2 1/2 cups presoaked #2 medium or #3 coarse bulgur
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup French dressing
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. thinly sliced green onion
  1. In medium bowl, blend together bulgur, dressing, pickle, salt, and pepper; chill. Add green pepper, celery, and green onion to bulgur mixture. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Top with strips of cooked ham, turkey, or chicken and Swiss or feta cheese.
