Armenian Christmas Pudding

  • 1 quart water
  • 1/2 cup #3 coarse bulgur
  • 1/2 cup blanched raisins
  • 1/2 cup apricots (diced)
  • 1/2 cup dates (diced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  1. Cook fruit and bulgur in water for 25 minutes. Add sugar, cook an additional 15 minutes. Pour into bowl or individual serving bowls. Garnish with walnuts, blanched almonds and a small pinch of cinnamon.
