Ingredients

  • (8oz) #3 coarse bulgur wheat
  • ½ red pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ yellow pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons French dressing
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce

Instructions

Heat 2 cups water in a saucepan. Add bulgur once boiling. Turn off heat, cover and let soak Cook 15 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the bulgur wheat and pour into a bowl. Add the soy sauce and dressing while it is still warm.

Allow the bulgur wheat to cool and then stir in the chopped vegetables and herbs.
