Armenian Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 1/2 cup #3 coarse bulgur
- 1/2 cup blanched raisins
- 1/2 cup apricots diced
- 1/2 cup dates diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Cook fruit and bulgur in water for 25 minutes. Add sugar, cook an additional 15 minutes. Pour into bowl or individual serving bowls. Garnish with walnuts, blanched almonds and a small pinch of cinnamon.
