In large skillet cook beef, onion, green pepper, bulgur wheat and garlic until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, zucchini, Worcestershire, 1 1/4 tsp. salt, oregano, sugar, and pepper sauce. Turn into 2 qt. casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
