Holiday Pilaf with Bulgur

pine nuts

raisins

tsp. cinnamon

chicken broth

tsp.
all spice

#2 medium or #3 coarse bulgur
Instructions
Melt the butter. Add onion and sauté about 10 minutes. Add chicken broth, nuts, raisins, and seasonings and bring to a boil. Add bulgur; cover and bring to a boil again. Lower heat and cool until liquid is absorbed.
