Instructions
Soak bulgur: Pour the boiling water over bulgur; let sit (approx. 20-25 mins.) until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
Mix all ingredients (except yogurt and walnuts) in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Top with yogurt and walnuts.
