Blend the butter, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Mix the Splenda, baking soda, sea salt and flours in a large bowl. Add the creamed mixture and mix until a dough forms. Add the flax and walnuts to the dough and mix. Slowly add the oats while mixing then add chocolate chips. Scoop with a small cookie scooper onto a baking sheet(s). Bake for 16 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
