presoaked #2 medium or #3 coarse bulgur

French dressing

chopped green pepper

chopped sweet pickle

thinly sliced celery

Instructions
In medium bowl, blend together bulgur, dressing, pickle, salt, and pepper; chill. Add green pepper, celery, and green onion to bulgur mixture. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Top with strips of cooked ham, turkey, or chicken and Swiss or feta cheese.
