thinly sliced

lemon juice

Instructions
Combine water and bulgur; let stand 1 hour or until all water is absorbed. Rinse, drain and squeeze out all excess water. Combine in salad bowl with remaining ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
