Chicken Bulgur Salad

Lettuce leaves

cooked chicken breast
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix bulgur, yogurt, apricots, raisins, parsley, green onions, orange juice, salt, and oregano. Cover and chill for 3 to 24 hours. Add tomato to bulgur mixture; stir gently to mix. Top lettuce leaves with chicken and bulgur mixture.
