Oatmeal with Freekeh Bulgur

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup Organic #1 Fine Freekeh Bulgur
  • 1/8 cup Quick Cooking Steel-Cut Oats
  • 3/4 cups Water

Instructions

  • Mix well.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes, 15 seconds.
  • Let sit for 1 more minute.
  • Stir.
  • Add ground flaxseeds, protein powder, chopped walnuts or blueberries.
